Incompatible mouse drivers can cause bluescreening. Please take the following steps.
First, check if you have any conflicting mouse drivers. Follow these steps:
Uninstall any mouse software (Razer Synapse, Logitech G Hub, Corsair iCUE, etc)
Head to Device Manager.
Select the "Mice and other pointing devices" section.
Uninstall as many inactive / old devices as possible.
Right click any of the devices and select "Uninstall Device"
Then, test your mouse
If your mouse still works → You uninstalled an old driver.
If your mouse stops working → You removed the real device. Restart your PC and try again.
It is fully safe to uninstall mouse software and drivers.
You must restart your computer.
If this does not work, continue to Step 3.
Step 3
Reset your PC.
